Union Ridge Personal Items Pick Up and Library Book Drop Off
\r\nJune 16th-18th by Student’s Last Name
\r\nPlease do not get out of your car:
\r\nAs you approach the school from 8th avenue, there will be signs to indicate the flow of traffic through the parking lot. Please follow the instructions and stay in your car as you drive through to collect your items. Once you reach the distribution location, we will bring you the personal items. While staying in your car, indicate where you would like us to set your items. (Video of route)

Write students name on a piece of paper and place in the window:
\r\nPlace in your window a sign with your child’s first and last name and teacher’s last name.
\r\nWrite your child’s first and last name and teacher’s name on two pieces of paper. Display one on each side of the car window where it is easy to see (one on the passenger side window and one on the driver’s side window). If you have more than one student, have a sign for each child in each of the two windows.
\r\nLibrary books and other supplies drop off:
\r\nAfter classroom items have been collected, drop off your library books at the transportation gates. If your child borrowed supplies (such as white boards or classroom books) from their teacher, this is also the place to return them. Please clearly mark the borrowed supplies with the teacher’s name.
\r\nLost and Found:
\r\nFollow the signs to the lost and found which will be clearly marked. Put on gloves that will be provided before looking through the items. Please be mindful of social distancing guidelines by standing six feet apart as you wait your turn to look through the lost and found.
\r\nCollect Kindergarten registration packet:
\r\nNext to the Lost and Found area will be an incoming kindergarten registration table. If you have had difficulty registering online, you can grab a paper registration packet. Please be mindful of social distancing guidelines by standing six feet apart as you wait your turn.
\r\nPick up dates and times will go by the last name of your child.

Last Day of School Staff Parade
\r\nOn June 19th starting at 10:00, Union Ridge Staff will be parading (in their vehicles) around Union Ridge boundaries for a last day of school parade. More details to come.
