Shape Up Across Washington

Directions: Starting March 12th  , keep track of your exercise on this Washington map log. Every 20 minutes equals one arrow with a maximum of 3 arrows per day. Exercise can be accrued in 10 minute increments. (For example: if you walked 10 minutes early in the day and at lunch, that would be one arrow.) Any questions, please contact Mrs. Murray. Turn in your sheet to Mrs. Murray on April 13th for your monthly fitness challenge prize . If you make it down before the end of the month, see how far you can make it back!
