For new students and anyone who wasn't able to make previous pickup times, there will be another pickup for student textbooks on Wednesday, September 2nd, from 2:00-6:00 PM in the BACK parking lot of SRIS/VRMS. Every student in grades 6-8 has a math and English workbook to collect, and every 5th grade student has a math workbook and a small set of English materials. If you have already collected yours this week or last week, you are all set and can disregard this message!

If this time frame on the 2nd does not work for you and you still need to get your student's materials, please contact jill.guccini@ridgefieldsd.org. If you have already coordinated with me about picking up materials from the Library Pickup bin, you can also disregard this message and still pick up from the bin.

If you are still waiting to get Chromebooks for your students, the Tech Department will be reaching out to you separately about how to pick up those.

Lastly, if your students are wondering if they'll still be able to check out library books this year--the answer is yes! I'll be 'visiting' your students' classrooms once school starts to explain how our curbside pickup program will work this year.

Thank you for your patience! Hope you are all enjoying the last moments of your summer as much as you can in these unusual times.

Best,
Mrs. Guccini, SRIS/VRMS Teacher-Librarian
