\r\nDear Parents/Guardians,
\r\nI wanted to give you some information to help our Thanksgiving event be a success. We always have a great turnout, so the more information I can share about the flow of the day, the better the event will be for everyone.
\r\n1) If you prepaid for your tickets, they will be at “Will Call” in the front of building A.
\r\n2) If you have a student in grades kindergarten, first or second grade, please come five minutes before the designated lunch time, sign in at the table outside of the building A office, and wait outside your student’s classroom. You will walk with your student and his/her class to the gym for lunch.
\r\n3) If you have a student in grades third or fourth, please sign in at the table outside of the building A office and meet your student on the blacktop space between building A and B (five minutes before their designated lunch time), and walk with your student into the back of gym A for lunch.
