Representatives of the Ridgefield Principals Association and the Ridgefield School District met today to conduct interest-based bargaining in preparation for next school year. The current RPA agreement expires June 30, 2026.
The parties worked collaboratively to address all working items within the Agreement, and modernize the contract to be inclusive of benefits commensurate with other RSD employee groups. Representing RPA was Principal Ian Mansfield and Principal Todd Graves; representing RSD was Dr. Jenny Rodriquez, Superintendent, and Luke LeCount, Executive Director of Employee Services.
“We are grateful for our building principals and assistant principals, and appreciate the critical role they play in supporting our students, staff, families, and community,” said Dr. Jenny Rodriquez, Superintendent.
“We appreciate the support of our colleagues for their input and the district for their preparation which made today successful. We finished today with the feeling and knowledge that our Central Services team truly believes leadership matters,” said Principal Ian Mansfield.
