School Counselor

Mitchell Family

This is the start of my tenth year as a school counselor and my fifth year working in Ridgefield. I have worked primarily with grades 5-8, and spent some time as a high school counselor. I love working with 5th and 6th graders and am so happy to work in the community that I live in.

My husband Mike and I have been married for twelve years and we have four sons. Jaden and Ronin are sixth graders here at Sunset and Cason and Colton are five years old. As a family we love all things outdoors. We enjoy going for walks, exploring new areas and being active. I can't wait to learn about you as well!

Counselor Lacey Kelley

I was born and raised in Kelso, WA where I graduated high school in 2012. I attended Western Washington University for college when I got a bachelor's degree in psychology and minored in music and theater. I went back a few years later to get my master's in school counseling. I spent every summer working with camps, first as a counselor then as a dean or program director.

For fun I like to plan events, snuggle my three cats, spend time with my family, practice kick boxing, and travel. I love Marvel, Netflix, maps, and Harry Potter. Stop by and tell me what house you are in or share your pet pictures!
