UPDATE: Deadline to Apply for P-EBT Program Extended to September 16
Monday, September 14, 2020

Due to recent power outages and wildfires, the deadline to apply for the Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) Emergency School Meals Program has been extended to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16th by phone only.

Families wishing to apply must call DSHS at 877-501-2233.  Translation services are available via the phone line.  Online application via is closed

P-EBT provides eligible families with continued access to food benefits.  The program is available for students, including children of immigrant households, who were enrolled in a K-12 school that offered a school lunch program during the 2019-20 school year AND were eligible for free or reduced-price school meals.

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Department of Social and Health Services implemented the program earlier this year to assist families most impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
