In order to streamline report cards for Grades K-6, the district’s Grade K-6 school teachers have revised the report card for the 2019-20 school year. The revised report cards are better aligned with the Common Core State Standards and Washington State’s Social and Emotional Learning Standards.
Following is a letter from the district regarding the changes. We also encourage you to check out the Additional Resources section provided below to learn more about the state's learning standards.
The following three-minute video explains how the Common Core State Standards help students achieve at high levels and help them learn what they need to know to get to graduation and beyond.
