We are excited to announce Ridgefield School District and the Ridgefield Education Association have reached a Tentative Agreement on our September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2028 collective bargaining agreement. We are proud of the work we have completed together and the collegiality throughout the process. We look forward to the ratification meeting next week!
