The Ridgefield School District Board of Directors and Northwest Leadership Associates are conducting a series of online surveys and in-person focus groups to gather feedback from the community regarding the search for Ridgefield School District's next superintendent. Your responses will assist us in developing the position description and the leadership profile that will guide the selection of the candidate pool.

As a reminder, Northwest Leadership Associates is also hosting a pair of focus groups open to the entire Ridgefield community. At these free, public forums, attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts about which qualities and attributes the ideal candidates will possess. These community focus groups will be on Wednesday, October 18th and Thursday, October 19th from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Center's Community Room (3101 S Hillhurst Rd.).
Employees of the Ridgefield School District are welcome to attend these Community Forums, but there will also be focus groups/forums specifically for different employee groups and departments.
