YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Ridgefield Youth Basketball through RSD Community Education is a recreational program that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, and FUN! This league relies on Volunteer Coaches & volunteer officials. This league is for Ridgefield residents looking to learn the game of basketball with friends. Teams will practice 1 - 2 times per week depending on grade.

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Ridgefield Youth Volleyball through RSD Community Education is a recreational program that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, and FUN! This league is for Ridgefield residents looking to learn the game of volleyball basketball with friends. Players will practice together and games will be played vs other Ridgefield teams. This is an IN HOUSE program. Limited space.

FLYERS TRACK
The Flyers Track and Field development program is designed to teach fundamental skills of most Track and Field events while simultaneously developing speed and agility sports conditioning. Space is limited to 90. Boys & Girls | 2nd - 6th Grade
Practices are taught by RHS student athletes who will emphasize a fun, but focused, "learn by doing" atmosphere. Instructors, under the guidance of Nathan Eggleston (RHS Track Coach), will introduce and refine proper technique and practice skills for the greatest success. Athletes are introduced to all the track and field events, offering an opportunity to find their niche. Proper skill development and safety will be the focus of all activities.
