Earlier this summer, we asked parents to indicate their desire to take part in a fully remote learning experience in place of in-person instruction. This resulted in the successful launch of Ridgefield Remote. But a lot has changed since then.
\r\nNow, as part of the District’s plan to begin a gradual transition to hybrid K-5 in-person instruction, we need to know which families want to continue with remote learning and which families want to participate in the hybrid in-person instructional model. \r\n
\r\nTo that end, we are requesting that parents of Kindergarten through fifth grade students complete the RSD Registration for Remote Learning/Hybrid form (linked below) for each of their students. This form asks parents to indicate their intent to remain in Ridgefield Remote or to participate in the hybrid instructional model.\r\n
\r\nRegistration will enable the District to assign students to the appropriate educational program. Forms must be completed by Wednesday, September 23, 2020.\r\n
